It is located right by an underground station. This hotel is a nice place for a city trip in Brussels. We appreciated botanique. We could have lunch in Divan set within 500 metres
Couldn’t fault.

It's definitely the worst hotel that I stayed. I think the hotel staff do not wash for several days, smelled awful everywhere. Booking the booking was not recognized, arguing that no longer has rooms available. Avoid this hotel !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is a basic no-nonsense budget place to sleep. Decent rooms, shared bathroom, and free Wi-Fi.

cheap
The person signing us in was not friendly or helpful. He did not help when we needed to know where to park and was abrupt when we never had our passports as they were in the car!

The first room had a bunk-bed and it smelled like if 5 min before 5 smokers met and each one smoked a pack. The second room I got was okay.

Everything, except maybe the kindness of the person in the reception at the night shift

Location.
It looks like a hostel in terms of facilities. And price is high for the room they offer.

Limited free wifi. Very slow but would work at 3am. Really liked leaving.
From the moment we walked in we knew we were heading for issues. The man on desk tried to charge us more than double the room rate that we had agreed for having a pet travel. We fully understood that there would be a charge for the dog but 40 euros is not acceptble. When I said too much he halfed it straight away a charge is a charge or was this him trying to screw me? On to the hotel it self. Er... Where to start. The decor is in needl of update, the stairs are a health and safety issue, the rooms are fire hazards. If you like living dangerously then this is the place for you. If however you prefer to get out alive and actually get sleep then stay anywhere else. I spent most of the eve in my car as the street was not safe and every time I looked out the window some man would be leaning on the car and looking through windows. Be warned stay away from here.

Absolutely nothing ! This is the worst hotel stay , I have had in my life .. I have been fooled by the online portals .. The only saving grace was the location .. Close to the Metro station . For the same price , much better hotels are available
The fact that there was no one to attend to our needs in the reception at most times .. I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes to get inside for check in . Filthy bathrooms , stinking rooms with dimly lit rooms .. It was close to hell

The very helpful and kind hotel staff made the stay feel even more welcoming, always happy to assist you. I liked the design of the rooms, making the room feel more individualistic compared to the average hotel suite.
Having a kettle in the room would have been prefered, maybe even basic tea/coffee facilities too, or even just a warm drinks vending machine in the hotel.

Quiet street in central location, excellent value for money, spacious room, free and reliable wi-fi.
Extremely basic. Bathrooms are shared, which was not clear from Booked.net website. Check-in limited times.
